Kurtis Sawatzky
Kurtis Sawatzky is a professional engineer with over 35 years experience; 30 of which have been as the founder and owner of KNH Sawatzky & Associates (1995) Ltd.
KNH is a prime consulting and structural engineering firm that has extensive experience in the design of multi-unit residential projects over this time representing thousands of units. Projects completed include Heritage conversions of old buildings, new apartments, bare land units, strata units and mixed use.
Kurtis is the founding owner and President of several land and real estate development companies including Veritas Development Group Ltd and StoneBridge Development Corp. Completed developments include well over 2,000 residential units and over 200 acres of greenfield development into City streets and lake front lots in B.C., Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and N.B.
Marcien Bouchard
Marcien Bouchard is a developer, builder, and investor with over 40 years of experience. He is a founder and owner of Bouchard Bros, a company specifically dedicated to the construction of projects from inception to final turnover.
Marcien Bouchard has spearheaded the creation and acquisition of property and land development and holding companies, with ownership in apartment blocks as well as land and commercial rental space with multiple long-term tenancies. He, along with his group have proposed, invested in, designed, built, maintained, leased and or sold 9 start to finish projects of different sizes and uses since 2008. Marcien Bouchard was instrumental in the development of these projects, organizing the key players, strategies, and investment groups, maximizing the potential of any given project without micro managing the company or project.
Mehul Patel
Mehul Patel is a Winnipeg based Designer and Developer with over 20 years experience in the design, project management and development of multi-family projects.
Upon completion of a graduate degree in Architecture, Mehul worked in Singapore with a US-based developer designing and managing high-rise apartment buildings. In Winnipeg, he held the position of senior project manager for the FWS Group and led the construction of more than 2000 apartment and condominium units throughout Winnipeg.
Mehul brings a multi-disciplinary skill and approach to the development process, with the ability to build financial models and forecast coupled with a technical, practical approach to construction and design. Mehul Patel facilitates the overall land and project acquisition including financing, business plan development and all other milestone tasks required for the development process.
Ryan Ridge
Ryan Ridge is an experienced investor, and business owner in the residential, and commercial projects sector.
Ryan Ridge has been managing residential and commercial construction projects all over Manitoba since 2009. In 2012 Ryan started Ridgix Building Solutions Inc, which primarily focuses on new construction, in relation to true custom homes, multi-family dwellings in both residential and commercial settings.
Ridgix, under Ryan’s leadership, has grown into one of the top Manitoba framing and construction companies. Ryan’s ability to develop and plan large-scale developments while making deadlines, communicating with shareholders, and providing industry-leading quality has propelled Ridgix’s growth in the prairies.
